Whats Next: 

  1. Apply online. You must be age 18.

  2. Take an online skills assessment. If you do not pass any part of the assessment, you must wait three months to apply again.

  3. If accepted, get a background check. This Fee is $9.99. 

  4. Sign contracts with Arise and Advanced Telecommunications.

  5. Set up a home office. (please review the equipment policy)

  6.  Enroll in a call center client- OF YOUR CHOICE - certification class, each of which carries a fee, and lasts from several weeks to several months. You may work up to two clients at a time.

  7. Complete the training certifications and begin working.
