How long will it take before I can begin earning money

After completing the admissions process and selecting your client, all that is left is your training and then you are earning money. The length of the training course will vary depending on the client you choose.



Will I be an employee of Arise Virtual Solutions?

 You will not be considered an employee of Advanced telecommunications or Arise Virtual Solutions.  This is an independent contractor position, not employment.  We will provide you with a 1099 at the end of the year if you earn over $600.  

Are there any fees to get started?


Arise certification course fees-these fees vary based on the client.    

As a contractor, you are responsible for all certification fees and any equipment needed to perform the duties as required.

The Arise Platform usage fee is $19.75 per invoice period. This is for the utilization of their 24/Hr client help desk, accounting, and scheduling services.  Advanced Telecommunication fee is $28.50 per invoice period which includes all HR/Payroll services. The total amount deducted per pay period is $48.25


 Advanced Telecommunications will pay you via direct deposit twice a month on the 1st and 15t. 

Will taxes be taken out of my check?

  No, taxes will not be deducted from your paycheck.  You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year. You will also be responsible for paying your own taxes. 


 No.  An Independent Contractor during the certification period is unpaid. However, you are paid for any time you are on the phones during your course training.  All certification as well as all certification-related materials are provided by Arise and Arise certified instructors.  

Additional Information


To service under the Arise platform you must be at least 18 years of age or older and not reside in CA, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR or WI. You must be a resident of the United States and be able to pass criminal background check. 


Other requirements include high speed internet, landline phone and being able to meet the specific requirements of the vendor you choose to service for.  Wi-Fi is not permitted, you must be hardwired to your modem.

· CPU (Intel or AMD) 2 GHz processor (or equivalent)

· Monitor resolution of 1280 x 720 (720p) or greater

· Internet Explorer 10 or higher

· Internet speed with a minimum bandwidth of 512k upload and 1.5 Mbps download (or greater)
