Real time reporting / ability to listen in to live calls with your customers.

The system of on-line reporting, available in many language versions, enables client to stay in a continuous contact with us, therefore giving possibility to follow the outcomes of the projects and listen to the live phone calls made in our call centres. Login and password is required to enter the system. Client can define the number of users and the level of access.

Throughout the whole co-operation process, ACC Call Centre Poland ensures total security of all project areas including all data received from the client. We assure no unauthorized access to personal details, as we are able to fulfil very specific security requirements and procedures.

Due to the legislation known to be one of the most restrictive in Europe, few times a year we are a subject to an audit by Inspector General for Personal Data Protection. During those audits inspectors are ensuring that the data processing in our company is run in accordance to Data Protection Act.
