In a process driven industry, training plays a vital role in the process performance. Our experience has shown that time spent upfront on training resources for any process will lead to better output and productivity and further reduction in the chances of error.

Training for a process could range from a day for a simple application data entry process to six months for a complex process e.g., Risk modeling, US GAAP Reporting , Technical Accounting etc. It is critical to identify training requirements for a given process upfront to ensure smooth delivery of process once it moves into production.

Every new joiner is trained on the following :

New Hire Orientation, which includes explaining the corporate History, Philosophy, Goals, Mission, Vision, Quality, Ethics etc.

Induction into the process, team

On the Job Training (OJT) based on the training need analysis.

Cultural training to ensure that the employee is comfortable, while interacting with people from other countries and cultures.

Communication Skills - e.g. Voice Accent Neutralization

Leadership Skills

Change Management Training

Quality Training

Ongoing training needs are regularly imparted to improve functional skills, people handling skills, Quality tools etc. This ensures that employees constantly update their skills and techniques while working in different environments.
